Forward deployed roles putting LLM systems in front of real users.
The work I do best runs from discovery to handoff: sitting with the people who have the problem, working out which parts of it are actually AI problems, designing the system, and staying through the deployment until their own engineers can run it without me. Forward Deployed Software Engineer roles, or Applied AI Engineer roles with a customer-facing half.
